San Pedro de Alcantara is a traditional Spanish town which has embraced its expansion into a modern alternative destination to its glitzy neighbours of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
There is a typical central plaza with a church and shady areas to relax and take a drink or bite to eat.  The surrounding narrow streets are full of small shops and boutiques, sidewalk cafes and bars, all within an easy walking distance.
